Report Templates

The report templates in VAS can be made in two way, either use docx (Word) or
twig.

docx templates have the benefit of being very simple to edit, whereas twig
requires developer level knowledge to work with.

docx template can cover most of our requirements, however for more sophisticated
use cases we would use twig.
