Used to render the values from a cost item (one row of the costs field)

Arguments
=========

   ``property``

      The name of the costs field item property to render.

      Allowed values:

      - agreed
      - agreedVAT
      - agreedWithVAT
      - estimated
      - estimatedVAT
      - estimatedWithVAT
      - label
      - saving
      - savingVAT
      - savingWithVAT
      - vatRate
